  1. Lead Consultant / Project Manager (Selangor)
  • Rationalisation of customer’s IT projects into a Strategic IT Plan.
  • Creation of user requirements and request for proposal (RFP) and to serve as a member of the technical evaluation committee for RFP responses.
  • Provide input and expertise for customer’s IT infrastructure and application projects.
  • Provide guidelines, SOP and best practices for IT operations.
  • Assist and contribute to the project deliverables.
  • Propose and assist in the implementation of suitable IT policies.
  • Provide a resource as a single point of contact for consultancy services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance or a related field
  • Preferably certified in Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Min of 15 years of experience in related job in the IT services industry
  • Previous experience managing & strategically coordinating IT projects is a key requirement.
  • Must have advance analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possesses firm leadership skills with an ability to coach and remain positive at all times,
  • Solution oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

  1. Technology Consultant (Selangor)
  • Project manage all customer’s IT projects.
  • Setup and manage all assigned implementation teams & vendors.
  • Serve as the main contact point for both the project owner/stakeholders (internal) and vendors/partners (external).
  • Track and manage the progress of all assigned projects.
  • Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Provide regular progress updates to customer’s management and project owners/stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and any other third parties involved in any assigned project implementations.
  • Handle and resolve any problem/issue/variations that arise during project implementations.
  • Ensure best practices and quality are maintained throughout all projects.
  • Perform and/or facilitate user acceptance tests in ensuring all project requirements have been met.
  • Create/compile a complete set of project documentation.
  • Provide a resource as a single point of contact for project management services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance or a related field
  • Min of 10 years of experience in related job in the IT services industry
  • Previous experience managing & strategically coordinating IT projects is a key requirement.

  1. Project Coordinator cum Technical Document Writer (Selangor)
  • To assist Project Manager in coordinating, leading and managing projects effectively to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards.
  • Participate actively in the working of all projects assigned and an active member of all teams.
  • To assist Project Manager to manage standards, procedures and practice of record keeping of all agreements and contract of the company.
  • Collate and document project progress [project file, project log] periodically.
  • Reports to Lead Project Manager
  • To assist in producing technical, business and economic documentation for new projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance or a related field
  • Min of 5 years of experience in related job in the IT services industry
  • Previous experience coordinating IT projects is a key requirement.
  • Must have a good command of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle both customer and vendors expectations.
